Who it's for

Three households, one app.

Forij offers a best-in-class private online recipe book, and an innovative weekly meal planner that learns your household's unique tastes and helps you try new things. After years of dancing around picky eating and changing preferences, we built a tool that's making our home life just a little bit easier.

Couples

Two cooks · 2

You both cook. You both work. You don't want to have to eat out every night.

  • Mix in new things alongside the recipes you know work
  • Shared recipe book, separate preferences
  • Log what you ate — Forij remembers so you don't have to

Recipe Book

Solo · 1

No planner, no household — just the recipes you actually cook. Save from a website, a screenshot of Instagram, a photo of a page in your mum's cookbook, or a handwritten card. Forij reads it and stores it properly — no copy-pasting, no reformatting.

  • Recipes scale to however many people you're feeding
  • Measurements convert automatically — cups to grams, Fahrenheit to Celsius
  • Cook mode: screen stays awake, steps stay big

FAQ

A few things, briefly.

When does it launch?
We're alpha testing with our own crazy family in early 2026. Private beta opens late 2026 — waitlist first, in small cohorts so we get it right.
What devices does it run on?
It works great on the web and on a big screen, but is also optimised for your phone or tablet.
How does Forij suggest meals?
It looks at what you've cooked recently, who liked what, and what's coming up — and avoids serving you the same things every week. Suggestions are specific ("you had pork twice last week") not generic. You can ignore them or turn them off; the planner works either way.
What about my data?
Your recipes belong to you. Export anytime as a printable PDF cookbook or in common formats. We don't sell data, share your recipes with anyone else nor train AI on them.
Is there a free tier?
Pricing is TBC - we want to be confident we're solving real household's problems before we put a price on it. If we ever charge, you will still be able to export your data without paying.

We will only use your email to tell you when we're launching.
